You could purchase an inexpensive universal charging kit that comes with several removeable plugs. After charging the phones that DO work,(and are not locked), you can attempt to contact the owner or someone on their contact list.

more than likely they have been canceled so you might be able to activate them for their service provider providing that they will take other cell phone providers phones. You can send the sprint rant my way LOL

You might be able to give them to a VA clinic so they can recycle them for the Soldiers overseas.

I take the sims card out..put it in your phone and pull up the contact list. had a few moms suprised when i called to say i found their kids $400 phone and was willing to return it only 2 days after i found it in a puddle, got and working and wasnt going to accept a reward !
