Re: UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA RING
Good luck finding the owner. If nothing else you might try looking through a '53 or '54 UGA yearbook.
I graduated from there 24 years too late to help you.

Re: UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA RING
I've been chasing the owner of a class ring since before Christmas and have had no luck. My guy seems to have disappeared! Hope you have better luck than I have had so far. Monty

Re: UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA RING
Could the A & B stand for Atlanta Bulldogs? I see there is a bulldog on the ring as well. Just a guess. Good luck.

I think the A B on the side is the particular school within the university

The traditional University of Georgia ring featured the University logotype surrounding the stylized Arch with the founding date 1785 at the base. The left shank of the ring featured the recipient's degree letters, the Hunter Holmes Academic Building, the School Seal and the State Flower. The right shank displayed the recipient's Graduation Year, the University Chapel and Bulldog standing in Sanford Stadium.
