Try putting state initials in title of post (FL, Ga, etc.)
Trying putting the initials of the state in which it was lost in the title and you might get more people in that state to read the ad. Also include your home state in the body of the message or some other way to locate you if it is found.

Re: Try putting state initials in title of post (FL, Ga, etc.)
This has been a pet peeve for years...
Then someone will always ask where an it was found and the response is Texas...
Now thats one big state...
So how about refining it to something like "Fort Worth, Texas..."...even better

On occasion I Have edited it into the Title for them.
Another thing I hope when Members post a response they also
EMail or PM the Person.

What's that saying about common sense?
DOWN WITH AMERICAN DIGGERS, SAY NO TO SPIKE TV! THEY MAKE ALL OF US LOOK BAD!
"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do, than by the ones you did do." Mark Twain
"A handful of common sense is worth a bushel of learning." Unknown
