Tacoma, WA: Help Needed, Lost wedding ring in ~6' of water

I lost my wedding ring at the point defiance park while doing the polar plunge yesterday,and it's probably under about 6' of water at one of the boat launching docks. I already tried to contact the local ring finders,but because the water is more than 2' deep they can't help. I'm more than willing to pay for expenses, but being on a military budget means I can't offer very much more.. Any help will be most welcome. Thank you
