If it's on the beach and the tide is up .... Forget it. Look up and down the beach, you should be able to find someone with a metal Detector who will help you!

It's closer to the dunes and obviously under sand but

Can't you go where the gps coordinates says it is and call her iPhone?
You may be able to locate it that way.

It only shows that it's between 17th and 16th street
It doesn't actually show it on a grid
We can't call it because it's on vibrate
We searched the beach twice with a detector but
It's a lot of area to cover alone, so the party's over !
