Hi everyone,

About a year ago I lost a family ring in Huntington beach, CA by the pier. It was gold, with an oval shape bloodstone (green with red specks) stamped with my family crest. I was wondering i anyone here frequented Huntington beach and came across ring like this. I reached out to the ring finders and was sent here and a few other forums. If anyone has any leads I would really appreciate the information!

Thank you all for your time

You might also check with local hunters in the late evening and early morning by showing up at the area and asking the regulars. Not all will disclose what they've found, and some sell their finds right away, but, it might be worth a try. Also, go to some of the local metal detecting club meetings and ask their membership if anyone recognizes the ring. Be prepared to offer a reward worth more than resale/melt value or you might not get any action.
