Dog tag found in NJ

I found a dog tag today with the guys name and SSN on it. I'm a veteran myself and the tag is exactly like mine(although mine are 35 years old). Any ideas on how I can find this person? I called the VA in the county that I found it and left a message but they have not returned my call.
