[size=14pt]I've been there many times but never used my detector. What kind of goodies are you talking about? Which beach, Long Sands or Short Sands? Were your finds in dry sand, wet sand or in the surf? What type of detector were you using, VLF or PI?

I just may have to get back there next year when it gets warm again and give it a try.

I go to the Short quite a bit. Seems like you gotta catch it just right for the modern clad.
My White's Prizm IV doesn't have manual ground balance so I stay towards the dry sand. Once I get towards the water, I get a lot of false readings. (could be iron).
