    Google maps

My work that I have done on Google Earth,,,,is there a way to transfer my work to another computer? Or away to show my work to some one else at a different location? With out using a storage device? I know I can crop and send a pic but I want them to be able to use Google Earths features.

    Re: Google maps

Thanks you traderoftreasure, I was not aware of this useful function. It will come in handy to send views to myself for use at another location.

Just to clarify, email image just sends a jpeg image. Email view sends a kmz file that allows the receiver to view it directly in Google Earth.

    Re: Google maps

you can export your work as a file like kml file or kmz file and send that data to anyone who can then open it in google earth. if you are logged into google maps you download your map as a kml file and open it in google earth. Other wise anyone can do a search for your map in advanced search options->user created maps and see your map
