What county or town do you need....I just save them when I come across one from researching different stuff...

Wayne County, NY. Northern part is where I'm at near Lake Ontario/Sodus bay.

Hey Gypsy how bout Chautauqua County ? I know its told that off of Point Gratiot in Dunkirk NY were the first shots of the war of 1812 by Naval vessel. Just cant seem to find anything on camps etc.

Chautauqua County was formed in 1808, split off from Genesee County. However, until 1811, for record-keeping purposes Chautauqua County was treated as part of Niagara County.

The first naval skirmish of the War of 1812 occurred at the mouth of the Canadaway Creek in this county

How about Montgomery Co Fonda area ive found back to 1898 on http://docs.unh.edu/nhtopos/Fonda.htm Was wondering if you have found back any further.
