A short hunt today put this marble and a 1911 Wheat Cent, from the same hole, in my pouch.
I am sure that the marble is nothing special. Can any one tell me a little about it? Age, where it was made?

Thanks in advance, VPR

cant really place a maker to it but i would guess a heaton agate from cario wv...maybe from the early 40s....they ceased operations in the 50s.....youre right its not very valued....maybe .25....collectors would class this a west virginia swirl...

Thank You duffytrash for the reply.
It is always nice to know what something is and this marble was no exception.

West Virginia swirl ;D This sounds better than " I found a marble"

Thanks again,
VPR
