Two Marbles and a square glass ?

Went down by the creek and sticking out of the dirt was the big green marble. 7/8 in.

Than I found the square clear glass thing and the top side is rounded. Maybe paper weight. I had found a square blue one at the same place a few years ago and don't have it no more. 1in.x 1in. wide x 7/8 high.

The small marble looks aqua marine in color. 5/8 in.

Any Idea of date or manufacture of the marbles and the square thing.

everybody made the clear marbles....and still do...if theres a pontil it could be an older hand made...dont know bout the square thingy....

The big marble has this scar and has lots of different size bubbles in it. I should say hundreds of bubbles. One half is so dark you can hardly see inside and has wavy lines inside. Also look at the top left you can see what looks like gatering. the whole marble looks like this.

nope ...not a pontil...just a cheap chinese marble.......the marks were made during manufacture....

You can but LED blacklight flashlights on the web for twenty bucks. They work wonderfully. I subject all my dug marbles to blacklight. If the green marble lights up it's old. As for the square thing is there a fly inside it? If so it's a joke icecube resin cast. Very popular during the 1960s to put in a drunk's cocktail glass.
