That is a nice one. I'm fairly sure it's a master brushed patch, but I'm not positive. It might be a good one. I know there's not one with that coloration in my collection. Has indian blanket colors but I haven't heard of an indian blanket made by master.
maybe a peltier from the sunset family...check out joes marbles page and see if you can compare it there...if its 3/4 + it may be from the nova family....
I know I should defer to your marble expertise, but doesn't that have a lot of filaments and colors for a pelt? Look at the pelt sunset pics and then look at the master pics at http://www.joemarbles.com/1Marble%20...ome%20Page.htm
I still think master but if I'm wrong, please explain. I always want to learn more when it comes to marble IDs. Thanks!
it lacks the v or u shape cutoff line....master is about the only company that has a cutoff trait that can be used for idin....most of the others can look similiar at times ...vintage marble king cutoffs look like the curve of your thumbnail.....vitro looks similiar in size but is flatter....could be a rainbow but also could be a mid 70s mk that lacks the patch......
measures .654 on the cal. which is a couple hairs bigger than 5/8..i don't see flames. but i could be wrong also. i've looked at some flmes and see nothing like that on this one yall....hope that little bit helps.
Thanks! I know what you mean about the master cutoff line and agree, this one lacks the typical mark. I just couldn't see it being anything else with all those filaments inside like a master sunburst. http://www.marblesgalore.com/wp-cont...rsts-thumb.jpg
Are there any pictures online of similar pelts that you know of, so that I can study them and learn to tell the difference a little better?
