This is that mib that you thot resembled at least the colors of a Popeye....and another one I found very much like it but not scrunched.

I think one was ID'd as such on LOM...I took a quick look and I think it was this one. It is interesting to me b/c I haven't seen them mentioned much. As a matter of fact, that blue/yellow one (if it is a Pop patch) is the only one I ever had ID'd as such. And I only have one Popeye (lt blue/yellow) which I really like.

I think they are both Akro popeye patches after better pics of te small one. The patches don't come around as often as the corks.

I'd put it with them. Vitro did make a similar patch, I need to see if I can find more about those because a couple of these seem like they could fit vitro too.
