marble with headache

I have several neighbor kids that are interested in things I bring home from my digging and metal detecting .If I find small items I sometimes pick a few out to give to them . Last week I picked up a couple of Bayer Aspirin bottles .Today I went to clean them some and noticed that one had a yellow marble stuck in the end .It looks like what I refer to as a cat eye . I did not look closely when I placed it in my carrying pack last week .I suppose it is nothing special but different anyway .

Its probably holding in some kids fart from long ago. Do not remove, noxious gas inside.....

You are possibly correct in your warning .Should that warning be printed on the side of the bottle ?
