Metal detecticting old areas fascinates me,I mean I go back to the day ( in mind ) and live there each visitation. Finding! this and that ,indicates what went on back then.
I get very upset with the ,tightening down, attitudes taken by many people about our hobby ( our passion).
Because of a few and their laziness and stupidity, it's getting tougher out there. When "asking for forgivenes" is about as abundant as "asking for permission".......something is badly wrong ......out there!
I have been reading some on the "ordiance tighten down" in Hilton Head (their rule of thumb)
" do not disturb any artifact that would other wise hamper the identification of past info "
Well if it is under the ground and only moving a few inches year toyear ( up and down ) and they put
up more "No Detecting Allowed"........This highly disturbs me.......... Nothing will ever be found to talk about! I'm just saying "Boys they are getting tougher on us "
