  • Mike, Dave Packard here. Living in Murphy NC and am using my new Mine-lab Excalibur 2. Still learning it but it is dead on for the seep digs. Loving it man. Hope all is well with you.
Hi there, I saw in the classifieds section you were selling civil war relics. I was wondering if you had any NY related items. Buttons, buckles etc. My wife and I just found out we had great great grandpas in the same regiment in the Civil War, and have been putting together stuff for a little display as it is the 150 year anniversary. We already have her gg gpas discharge papers and some photos, but we were looking for some relics to include.

Any help would be appreciated. They were both in the 128 Volunteer, New York (from Columbia and Dutchess Counties)
Greetings Mike and family, long time no see. I just came on TNet and saw Sammy's pic right there on the front page and had to come and visit your page.
That is really a swell picture of her. I didn't really do much detecting last summer. When I did go, all I got was clad. Even up at the campgrounds didn't
have much luck. I have had the hobby of woodcarving off and on since I was a kid and am doing more of it lately and now belong to a woodcarving club.
It looks like you have been doing pretty good, with your family and business. Your second little one is really growing and looking sweet.
Wishing you and your's all the best and God bless.
    Ray
