go to the Salem museum of history and search photo archives for lincoln county thats what i do then i see photos of the long gone building and where they were then i go locate the spot and search it will give you good places to hunt.

im new to the site, and new at metal detecting i just moved to lincoln city oregon and baught my first metal detector,a garrett ace 250 i need any and all tips and tricks you expirenced ppl have to offer iv been trying to research local history around here to find good places to search it is proveing to be quite the challenge -
