  • Congrats on your new hobby, sounds like you already know where to hunt; but research old newspapers or microfilm at the library will reveal older local sites so you don't have to travel as far.and talking to old folks will reveal where great promising sites are. Also, permission is a no brainer when checking out property but don't forget to mention you have to "dig" a plug and replace it. You have to be pretty precise how you ask and reveal what it is you do when asking permission or you'll get a quick no response. Ok you may already know all this, the reason I responded was to tell you to scroll way down the homepage of treasurenet and there's a link for local hunters to hookup hunts etc. or just type your location in the search bar on treasurenet's today's finds page top right. Hope I've helped, again good luck with this addiction. Feel free to check out some of my best finds of 20 yrs. just click on my profile picture and then the album pic of Robert e lee Happy huntn
