Mark passed away the other day. He had chronic limphocytic leukemia, cancer of the blood. He was a DJ, and he worked for KRXO Classic Rock, 107.7 in OKC, on the morning show for a time. He was very conservative and pretty much replaced the more rock, less talk with more talk, less rock. KRXO had summer classic rock concerts at the Zoo Ampitheater and Shannon introduced Steppenwolf when they were there, so that's almost the coolest thing you could ever have done. Plus he explained their flight was late, so they only had time to do 5 songs due to noise ordinances for the area. Cool guy and sorry he's gone.
