Minelab Service

Hi Everybody, I just thought I'd put up this post in the case that someone might need service on their Minelab. My minelab had no audio. It is an SD2200d. I called minelab in Las Vegas and the woman said the turnaround time was 20 days for repair. I sent my detector in for repair in lat Feb.. Well about 25 days later I was getting a little antsy, but didn't call minelab. At 30 days I checked the mail and there it was. I thought minelab would send out a bill, but apparently fixed it under warranty repair. They replaced the battery because the headphone jack was damaged. Thats why I had no audio. I did not receive a bill at all. Even for insured shipping. I bought my minelab new in 2000. I am totally satisfied with minelab USA in Las Vegas. Jimmygoat

I sent myXT70 in, it got there in 3 days, the lady called, told me it would be 20 days, got it back on the 21st day, great service, but it ain't fixed and I'm sending it back tomorrow.
