What about a teknetics alpha 2000 for gold? Reaserch says it all depends but just want to hear for myself how they would do on small gold in a shallow creek?

Went ahead and bought it, see how it will do. It's 7.8kzh. A good one for gold i read on here is 12 or above so i know not the best but im glad to finally get one.

Have fun eureka, name of the game. While I would like to own a a P-51 to fly, I am content with renting a Piper super Cub. Just as much, or more fun in it's own way. Enjoy it and dig tons of Au.

got the delta 4000 have found small bits of "refined" thin gold chains (broken bits) -- never tried it on "raw" natural gold however. interested to hear your results
