Interesting History of John Sutter (Sutter's Mill)

Check out this link (http://www.earlyamerican.com/) click on Lot # 110 and you can download the actual transcripts (in adobe acrobat) of John Sutter to a man named Vioget, the actual founder of San Francisco.
For those who don't know, Sutter is famous because of "Sutter's Mill" and the California Gold Rush.
These would be an interesting bit of early american history to print out also. Have fun!! 8)

The site doesn't show this anymore. BTW, this piece of documentation went for $63,250. That's a bit of change. If I have this somewhere on my computer I will try and post it, it's very interesting. The link is still good, these guys have some really cool auctions. 8)
