    question about gold plate

    I have several 24 k gold plated coins not sure how thick
    but can you remove the gold plate from the coins or is it
    worth the time and trobule.

    Gold plating is measured in 'MILLIONITH OF AN INCH"-no way Jose-"NEVER buy anything plated,layered or gold coated,ya ain't a goner be a happy collector-Tons a au 2 u 2-John
