Dude, If the Bounty Hunter is your only detector you wont find much gold, its mostly small and it wont see it.

Re: First Nugget with GMT
I could find gold with this or coins, I have the fast tracker & Bounty Hunter Tracker IV Metal Detector is easy, just listen to the audio alerts and watch the target indicator to let you know what you have found. If you hear a high tone you have probably found a more precious metal like copper, silver or brass. When a low tone is produced you may have detected gold or nickel. Enabling you to detect coin sized objects up to 7 inch below the surface and, larger objects up to 36 inches below ground, the Bounty Hunter Tracker IV Metal Detector allows you can adjust the sensitivity knob to limit or extend the depth of your search. Automatically pre-set to eliminate unwanted ground minerals from detection, the streamlined "s" rod handle of the Bounty Hunter Tracker IV Metal Detector makes the duration of your detection easy and comfortable for long distances.
