Going to Gatlinburg TN For vacation, where should I hunt?

Along the banks of the river running through the old town section, just be careful, as they are steep in most places. Some nice older buildings with yards, maybe you can obtain permission. If you can locate some old timers, they might put you onto a good spot. Good luck & have fun!

Hey! Thanks alot for the great suggestions! :) I was wondering if it's legal to hunt in the State Park close by (Great Smoky Mountains National Park) Or will I get Shot? LOL Thanks for responding, I was getting worried! :shock: LOL

You might do better in Pigeon Forge, not too far from Gatlinburg. Lot of early American activity in this area, and more older area to hunt than in Gatlinburg - as Gatlinburg is basically a V pass in the mountains & very little natural level ground. GSMNP - I've hunted there in the past, but I have been told it is illegal - ??
