www.gsthmn.tripod.com I don't know what they offer or what their agenda's are........I just heard about the site a couple of days ago. I am in outstate Minnesota and have done just a little MD'ing in the Twin Cities. I hit the 3 beaches on Lake Calhoun a couple of years ago and picked up a Buffalo nickel, but I saw a lot of other MD'ers at those sites, so there is MD competition there. Picked up some coins at some of the beaches in St. Paul, White Bear Lake and Forest Lake, but nothing special that I recall. I like public parks, playgrounds, schools in the outlying areas and small towns around the state. Not as much competition and lots of places have never been MD'd before.
