Ok folks I'm finally heading to southern PA to hunt the virgin civil war hospital site. I have been given permission by the owner to hunt 8 acres of horse pasture. So really don't have to worry about being neat about my plugs.

Here is how I have prepared...take into consideration I am mostly a beach/park hunter

I have a large dropcloth
A small shovel
a trowel
Sunray pinpointer
extra batteries
camera
wheelbarrow for finds (just kidding) I have a backpack with several pockets.

What settings should I use on the 250 (mode/sensitivity)
Anything else I should bring beside friends?

Where will most of the finds show up under? iron? brass? copper? silver?

i would either use the relics program or all metal and dig everything or you could set up a custom program but i still think ur best bet is all metal or next is relics

i have 2 ace 250's one with the 6x9 and one with the sniper coil
you should have a lesche or a true temper digger from lowes

a small shovel with a 2-3 foot handle could be handy

P.S. when are you going
if u r looking for more guys i live in lebanon and drive a pickup to haul the big finds
would make my year to find my first cw miniball
