Have you or someone ever asked these questions,

1, Is there a club around my area ?

2, What are the benefits of being a member in a club ?

3, How hard is it to start your own club ?

We've got some answers.
We are the " United Metal Detecting Clubs of America " or the UMDCA.

We started a database of all the clubs in the US. For promoting the hobby of recreational metal detecting clubs.
We encourage all club members to visit the site, add your club's information to our growing list of clubs.
We support and promote the metal detecting of all kinds, coins, relics, gold, or what ever it may be.
We hope to compile a registry of all the active clubs that want to be part of the UMDCA.

CLUBS:
Free Club Promotion, Free Advertising, GET THE WORD OUT ABOUT YOUR CLUB - " FREE "
A place to list your information in your state's own forum.
Help club members get involved more in the hobby.

Sign your club up, or if your looking for a club, maybe you can find one in your area with the help of the website.

We have forums, blogs, videos, helpful information on laws, news, updates, and anything related to the hobby.

You can find us at, www.umdca.webs.com thanks for looking

Thanks for the reply,

I hope more check this out, because this is for everyone in the hobby. Most of us start out the hard way. Can't find enough inforamation on the hobby that most of them just give up. The idea is to register all the clubs across the US. One great big database full of everything to help the detectorist to enjoy his or her hobby to the fullist..
