4-H is right, you need a simple detector that you can grow with. Tesoro is one of the easiest to learn to use and has a lifetime warranty in case you ever need it. Good Luck..

The easiest is also the best producer--and that is the Tesoro Silver uMax.

Use 8" stock coil by old houses and the 12x10 concentric coil at the beach or places where the trash is not so heavy.

This combo can match anything out there for land hunting.

Sounds like you're getting pretty good advice from these guys. Tesoro's are great! Cant beat the warranty and simplicity. I own a Lobo Supertraq, and I couldn't be happier!
