head phones

I have a Whites DFX and I have a Explorer SE Pro. I wanted some feed back as to what everyone's head phone choice would be?

on My Tesoro Eldorado I use a set of Gray Ghosts

on My Fisher GB2 I use a set of Nugget Busters

then for back ups I have a set of Sony Studio Head phones

I use gray ghosts and nugget busters on all my detectors. They seal outside noise out very well, respond crisply to "iffy" signals and have plenty of volume, plus a good warranty.

I have a set of DetectorPro Black Widows that are the best for total concentration on detecting. But more often I use my DetectorPro Rattler that have just one earpiece so I can hear what is going on around me with the uncovered ear. Both are top-of-the-line detecting headphones.

I have two pair of Gray Ghost, one original, one ultimate. The ultimate are better.

I got the grey ghost deep woods, and love them. Went with the deep woods version because the switches are on the inside of the muff, that way you dont hit the switch on branches and what not. They work great for me.

I use the Whites Royal GT headphones on my DFX. I am sure many brands will work as well.

Wife & I use Original Grey Ghosts for concentrated effort on digging and the one eared Rattlers if we need to keep an ear out to our surroundings.
