Old School Houses

I was wondering if anyone hunts old one room school houses and if they have had any luck coin shooting them?
It seems that there are a lot around me. I would say that there must be at least 18 of them here. The only problem is that they are all privately owned and the owners have now turned them into homes. I'm just not the kind of person to knock on their door and ask if I could dig up their yard although I would like too! I think these would be great sites and give up some good silver.

Look for the old out house hole.
Look for a large tree or where the kids would have ate lunch
Walk the area and look for a place where the kinds may meet and
play before and after school. A big rock or rock over hang. top of a small hill close to the school.
