AM GOING TO NASSAU FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS ON A JOB.WOULD LIKE TO BRING DETECTOR.ANYONE KNOW LAWS REGARDING METAL DETECTOR USE?HAVE ALREADY SEARCHED OLD POSTS RE:BERMUDA,TUSCANY,EUROPE,BUT COULD FIND NO INFO. ON BAHAMAS.ANY PROS OUT THERE KNOW ANYTHING OR MAYBE A WELL INFORMED HOBBYIST?ANY INFO. WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.LEAVING IN A MONTH OR SO SUPPOSEDLY.THANKS AND H.H.

The only people that I know that have hunted the Bahamas had no problems with laws, the problems were with the people. Watch yourself, be safe and bring back a trunk load of goodies. The resort beaches with more private coves have historicaly given the most valuable rings and such. Good luck and HH! Chris
