There's this building in town that's undergoing a rehab. Built in the early 1800's. I was thinking it would be a good hunt. The problem (I'm thinking) is that the area it's in is very 'urban' and it's been vacant for a long time. So, I'm sure there's been a lot of trash thown on the grounds along with lots of partying. Would the potential finds be worth the huge amount of junk that's undoubtedly there? What do you think?

If the trash is to bad, discriminate everything below penny, or even below dime. But I would try to get something out of there.
