Hello, last summer while I was out on my boat I noticed a small strip of land between two coves about 20 ft wide and a couple hundred feet long. I noticed a number of square rocks about 2 ft square lined up then it clicked this must have been a small house or a cabin.
My plan is to go back this summer with my metal detector and see what I can find. When the water is out in the winter you can see that the coves were actually fields because they have no trees or stumps and are alot shallower than the rest of the lake bed. I wish I had taken a picture to show ,but did not.
There is a large limestone out cropping at the end of this land that looks like a place I would have hid something if I were them.
