Re: What gear do you use...

I take the usual gear with me also. I carry a bayonet for probing for the coin instead of using an electronic coin probe unless I am using the Sov GT which is the only one of my detectors that has an inline probe. If hunting the wilds of the woods I carry extra protection.

Re: What gear do you use...

My gear varies with the neighborhood. In the Hood I dig and probe with a military very sharp bayonet. Blade exceeds legal limits....but the cops have never said anything and when too many people are watching or gathering I call it quits.

How do you bend over with all that hanging off the front like that?

It hand in the back and to the side... I could never do it if it was up front... just like someone said depending on the hunt site that determines what bag/belt I use... I have 4 or 5 different belts.... this one is just my long haul belt... got for old home steads way out in the country.

BTW those tool belts like that are great for hunting they are extremely durable.

only bad thing about a pouch like this is that you can get overloaded pretty easily... I have come back to the truck several times with 20-30lbs of trash and finds... at these old homesteads I hunt, I find a lot of brass and copper and of course Iron... I keep the iron also at 10 cents a pound it adds up too.
