    Detector advice, GTP 1350.

Hi all, I just got a GTP 1350 and was wondering if there is some advice or special settings anyone could share.

I tested it out today at a local park. I took about 10 steps and found a dime right off the bat. It said it was a dime and low and behold it was, 3 inches down. Now I did however (of course) have many bottle caps and pull tabs show up as coinage on the first pass. The signal jumped around a bit and as I am still learning the machine I dug the signals. I had it set on the "ZERO" setting as I wanted to get used to it.

    Any advise would be welcome.

    Thanking you in advance

Hello. I am not too firmillar with the GTP 1350 but you could google this unit and or go on Ebay and check there and read the info. Last but not least, go on youtube and run the name of your detector & model and you might find a video using it on a field test. Good luck & happy hunting... Don from California

Its been a long time since I used the 1350 and I upgraded to the GTI 1500 just because I wanted it. There was not much difference between the two in preformance, just different features. You can read a good field test here.
