    first decent find

    I wasnt going to post this because its probably not a big deal but then i decided to because im super happy and it gave me hope that i can find things. So i found a 63 d dime. And a good luck token from worcester salt co. I tried putting pics up but i have the forum app and ut crashes everytime i try. Oh well hope i find more soon haha.

    Yea i was pretty happy. This was at the 2nd house I've gotten to search since getting a detector. I think i was just wasting my time in parks before that lol. Ive got a few 100+ year old farm houses ive gotten permission to detect now. Just have to find the time and keep my fingers crossed i guess.

    All that matters is that you are excited. I find more junk than anything, so I would have been overly excited to find a 90% dime.

    Thats a cool find, And as far as the 100 +year old homes to look Just remember to go slooowwww and over lap your sweeps, and when you get done going that way . Then go 90Degrees to your first run and go SLLOOOWWWW and remember to overlap your sweeps... Goog luck and HH
