LOL, you dont say what kind of mod you want to do..... Need to tell us what you want to do. do you want to waterproof it, or put wings and a motor on it and make it fly...

I get the feeling you are just starting out detecting.... I would learn your detector first before you start modding...

FYI the larger the coil the deeper you go..... You want to get deeper get a larger coil, but understand with a larger coil you will have more targets and trash under coil at the same time..... I hunt with large coils all the time, but I have a lot of experience with it....
