Yup,for the most of peeps the V3 is not a take it right out of the box and go hunting detector,or so I hear.But bless your heart for trying.Now don't get me wrong,I'm not trying to be a drag but I'm betting that you won't find a whole lot that the XLT missed as long as you had it set up properly.
The V3 has a rep to be a great machine and I wish ya luck and many happy hunts with it.....................................
Out for a hour tonight 1.01 in clad 2 charms that was cheap ones couple tabs have watched a lot of videos and starting to get the hang of it. Figuring it out going to take time but think it is going to be a good md. Found a 22 casing marked us so it was made 1867 to 1927
