can anyone put an approximate date on this crotal bell

i found this crotal bell when i was 5 years old buried under a barn we were ripping down from the info i got off the internet it's 1700s-early 1800s but if anyone knows i would appreciate the help!

lol i was 5 when i found it an didnt think much of it cause at that time i didnt do much metal detecting but i did bottle dig so i had it sittin around and just a couple years ago thought i should try an get a date on it but couldnt find any sites with much info

i find the 19th century crotal bells all the time but i wish i could find one this old!
