depends who you ask, a friend told me it was EF, It's the only one I found with any WE in the motto. Might be around $50.

2 centers are beauts. Got my first one under a sidewalk too. The other one I got has a smooth back. I'd like to get more but they are hard to come by, limited mintage and all.
