I might be able to help you out. Do you have your owner's manual? I don't own a Whites DFX, so no experience with that detector. Exactly what sort of help are you looking for? I'm only 50 miles +/- from you.

You can get on the Whites forum and get all kinds of info and tips and programs including the manual. It's a very good site.
