Yea Folks ... look at ebay and you'll find them selling for crazy prices and know one here has yet to give a good answer
and I'd like to know why they are selling so high and with sure a price variation . I think I have two complete sets of 1967 sealed proofs/uncirculated so I'd really like to know what's up with the 67's . Happy Trails , Woodstock

I see one on ebay for $1000 and it has a weird large "S" right next to Washington ... looks bazaar ! Woodstock

Surly your answer is a correct assumption with many variables but this isn't a car or collectible antique but a very common US Quarter . In fact I have one I got in change today , that one is worth 25 cents , not $1.00 . So why are other 1967's worth more than some quarters 100 years old in mint condition ?
