LOL, I see..

Hate to rain on your parade, but its not likely gold. The settings aren't gold ring quality and it looks to be a multi piece ring.
Note what looks like an inner and outer band from the side view. Very strange construction indeed.

Rings are always nice to find.

Looks plated to me. You can see the copper where the gold plate has flaked off. If it was solid gold, it might be discolored but not flaking. sorry

That looks very much like a copper ring that used to be gold plated. It's a nice find, but not for selling. Perhaps if those side stones are actual diamonds (not very likely) then maybe you can get a few dollars for them. The fact is that diamonds are nearly worthless these days. They cost out the nose when a jeweler is selling them, but what are they (loose diamonds) worth when you try to sell them back to the jeweler? If the diamond isn't already set in gold, silver, platinum, or palladium, then it's just a shiny rock.
