It is better than the other two shows, but that ain't saying much.
At least they showed them filling some holes after digging.
I hated seeing them carrying those large shovels instead of diggers though.
And again, way to much emphasis put on the VALUE of the dig!
Now everyone will think they can make thousands of dollars by metal detecting.
Just what our sport needed.
The premise of the show is kind of neat, and I was happy to see that they were not using the stupid lingo that Diggers uses!
I know you have to have someone with a different personality to make a show entertaining, but where do they find some of these guys?
Nice to see different kinds of equipment being used though.
Maybe I should be watching these for the "entertainment" instead of thinking I might learn something from these shows.
I hate to say it, but so far the only show that was more REAL is the tried and true Gold Fever show!

Better than Savage Diggers for sure. I think they pre-dig the items before filming them because I could frequently see the disturbed dirt and roots in the spot where something was found.

It was refreshing to watch a metal detecting show and hear nothing of nectar, juice, civ or any of the sort.

First thing my wife said when it came on is "if I hear nectar baby one time I am turning the Damn channel!!"
