I LOVE my Tesero Tejon! Especially when relic hunting.
All of the Tesoros are audio only.
No screens or meters.

i wouldnt let 1 whites machine throw u off from all of them the v3i is nothing like the xlt full color i might ad i just got a deus and its very quick and just nuts if u dont want a screen pop it off and put it in ur pocket u wont be disapointed 1 bit

My favorite detector has a screen but more important to me multiple tones. I'll never have one with out atleast multitone.

Haha try the v3i screen many many different screens over 191 tones

Sorry I didn't reply sooner.
I have dug coins over 8 inches in soil, and ten inches in sand with my Tejon.
You have to learn to "read" the signal.
I dig a lot of things because I am seeking relics though.
I even dug a beer can, buried in the sand that was 16 inches deep!

I have been researching the tejon and an considering one what are some of the positives and negatives of this machine i am used to using a 1265 fisher
