tesoro compadre question?

Hey guys, I would like to thanks those who helped me decide on a metal detector and I've decided on a tesoro compadre. My question is what frequency do you use to find gold coins, gold jewlery, silver and silver coins. If it's all seperate frequencies please let me know which frequency works for what I would really appreciate it!

The frequency of the Compadre is 12 Hhz which is fine for finding gold and silver. You want to set the discrimination knob on it to slightly before the five cent mark to make sure you can pick up gold and silver signals. Good luck.
