Park Ranger and Pack Mule pouches by Freeloader!
I cannot comment on Grey Ghosts or AT Pro's, but I got a couple pair of teh Sunray Gold headphones, and I am ashamed that I did not get them sooner.

A good set of headphones, regardless of brand, are a neccessity, IMHO.

I’ve used about all modern ones but right now: CTX 3030, White’s MXT Pro, XP Deus, Vaquero, White’s TRX

I have Killer Bees that I use on my AT Pro with the adapter. I do get a little bit of scratchy sound through the headphones (I think that the adapter may wiggle a bit), but it isn't too noticeable. World of difference in cutting out ambient noise and comfort. The Garrett headphones are top heavy and slip down my head when I sweat. I think that it is worth the upgrade over the stock headphones.

Are they worth the investment for the AT Pro? Not the Amphibians, just the originals! UPDATE: I just realized that you'll need the adapter cable if you don't buy the Amphibians! Doh!

I have the gray ghosts on my ATPro and I love them I like how they have one volume control the stocks I had to always re-adjust volume controls one set for land or water use can't beat that well worth the money shipped quick also!

I heard good things on the Sunray Gold, but they have that limiter switch,
And I have had bad results using the Grey Ghost , due to the limiter switch,
which apparently can't be turned off when using them on an Explorer.

& I refuse to pay for another pair of headphones that cost over $100 bucks,
That I can't try on Approval first.

when dealers send first & say Pay later, I may try a pair.

I have no issue with the limiter switch.

I have grown to like the on/off switch, when I turn on my pinpointer, I get distracted by the audio coming from the detector due to the interference.

I just shut off the audio when pinpointing, very nice.

Leap of faith, man! Save your clad and get a pair!

Thanks ! But No Thanks, I got a pair of $25.00 Treasure Wise phones coming tomorrow afternoon.
am Hoping they impress me enough to make them my last pair.

all they need do is be real loud on a Quarter on top of the ground
so I know by loudness, when something is on top of the ground.

those $25 Treasure Wise are very very similar to the stock Garretts. Like marh415 Ive considered another set but so far the stock Garretts are holding their own. After Beau Ouimette's video on the Amphi's I may consider those when the time comes, but I think a nice digging tool & 5x8DD is on the list.
Here's Beau's take

They are not bad for under $30, I believe they make the headphones for a lot of the companies out there including Garrett. My dog broke the Treasure Wise that came free with my machine, so I replaced them with the Garrett set for now. Definitely an investment I will make soon!

have used my grey ghost amphibian on a few hunts now.. in water and on land, these things are worth the money, no pain in my ears like I had with original OEM headphones that came with the ATpro. those things sucked after 20 minutes my ears were killing me, I used some light weight headphones for most of the summer, they were fine but forget going in the water.. with the ghosts I can go under water if need be. on land there great also, I'm very happy with my purchase even at $150 nice volume and the sound took a short while to get used to, nice long cord was a bonus since I am 6'2" if your thinking of getting them do it you will not regret it.
