Why do you say that? It looks to me like a hand minted old coin. If real and not a reproduction, it might be worth something. I'm not an ancient coin expert so I can't advise you on the authenticity or value of it but I'm sure someone will pipe up soon.

Its some type of roman coin. Replica maybe. It is very shiney. All pictures i found on internet are covered in petina

They are pits of corrosion. That is what got me thinking replica. Oh well, its cool and glad i found it. Thanks everyone.
